Hi Melinda and Roice

You are offen asking which MagicTile is especially recommandable. I have one. The
"Ellipse-sphere-dodecahedron
-double-edge-turning-100+10".

It is deep cutted and therefore not so easy. The piece types are. Edges, edges2, edgefaces1, edgefaces2, cornerfaces1, cornerfaces2, cornerfaces3 and edgecornerfaces (ecf). The x-faces are parts of the faces in direction of x starting from the center of the face. The ecf’s are especially interesting because they belong to separeted orbits. There are 6 equatorial edge-zigzag’s (sort of great circles) which contain each two ecf-orbits (white stars with 10 black little squares).

Often your are left with a single ecf-switch in a orbit. Then you have to shift this switch to the crossing with an other orbit where also a switch has to be done (by a setup). Then a "ring"-edge-turn yields the desired double switch.

The piece type names:

The ecf-orbits:

Try this MagicTile! You don’t need thousends af moves.

Kind regards
Ed
