I played with it some more and I’m on a point where I would need a "H-perm" L R U2 r’ R’ U’ u’ R2 U D




The problem is that U2 is possible, but U and U’ are not possible…



Even if it did work, too much gets scrambled and just twisting a piece and doing the move again would either create two H-perms, undo the original h perm or create two 3-cycles.
