Yes, it may be possible to show 120 balls connected by green and red lines. Click in each ball changes colors of all lines passing through it. Goal is to make all lines green
For orientation you can enable user to change colors of balls (say, from white to yellow and back) independently of lines colors.
With 2^36 different situations this puzzle may be not very easy, and it can give good idea about 120-cell geometry.
