Good luck with the 3^6!

We had a speedsolving competition a long while back with people getting
under 20 minutes for 3^4 with macros. No idea how they did it though.

As for methods, there are definitely CFOP-type ones for the 3^4. One of
them is listed on the superliminal wiki, though it’s a bit outdated. I’ve
also managed a sub-500 move solution with a Petrus-type method, but in both
cases the last layer took up a significant portion of the moves. I haven’t
found a Roux-type method yet though…I imagine it’s much more difficult
with the middle slice containing both 2c and 3c pieces.

Since you are also developing a CFOP-type method for the 3^4, I’m wondering
whether it translates well to the 3^5?
