I am a big fan of transhumanism so there might be a little bias in my part and I am not a computer scientist but I can not say it will always be impossible to visualize higher dimensions. If we were living in an universe with 4 spacial dimensions we would be fully capable to seeing 4 spacial dimensions. If future AI or strong AI can see higher dimensions that would be great. If not, well, at least we would have strong AI.
