Yes, it is possible to have a 4C piece with just 2 stickers swapped in 5D.
Although you can’t have a 3C piece on the 3D cube swap only two stickers
(as Norbert mentions), you can do such a reflection of a 3C piece in 4D.
Note that in 5D, you can’t swap just 2 stickers on a 5C piece, so that is
the impossibility analogy.

To solve, attempt take the same approach of solving a reflected 3C piece in
MC4D… More specifically, find a sequence that cycles 4C pieces, and
practice reflecting a single 4C piece in a separate instance of MC5D. Then
you should be able to develop a useful sequence like this:

(1) Reflect a 4C piece with preliminary moves
(2) Apply your 4C cycling sequence
(3) Undo preliminary moves
