With the saving of log files I finally was able to finish {8,3} (12 colors) with 5 layers. Solution went smoothly, without development of any special operations. Only some algorithms from 3^3 (3-cycle of corners and single corner twist) were used at the last stage. Log says "3846 twists", 1000 of which is scrambling.
Thank you, Roice! Only thing is that it’s better to have Ctrl-S for Save and alternative command for Save As. Now if one save position frequently, he has to find his log file and then confirm overriding of it…
