There is currently no plan to support the 16 or 24 cell. It is
definitely possible to define puzzles with such vertex valencies but it
is not as natural as for polytopes with only four colors per vertex
(I.E. corner cubie). The good news is that the 120-cell falls into that
category and is already implemented as the hypermegaminx. Though if you
really want to solve that one you would probably be better off using
Roice’s special-purpose Magic120Cell program. The engine behind all the
wonderful MC4D puzzles was done by Don and I know that he has plans for
supporting more puzzles, so it really just depends upon when he gets a
block of time to spend on that. This project moves in unpredictable fits
like that whenever a developer gets the time and the urge.
